1. Centre for Special Education(CSE)

CSE is a multi-dimensional, co-educational school dedicated to providing education, therapy, counselling and a network of support services for children with cerebral palsy (CP) and their families. The school aims to provide a broad-based, holistic learning experience for children with CP regardless of the severity of their disability, giving them an opportunity to realise their highest potential. Run by experienced and qualified staff, it is a demonstration centre for trainees and professionals from all over the country and abroad.

Facilities Available For Students
Students are offered curricula that take into the account their strengths and needs. Individualized Educational Programmes (IEPs) are developed for each student.

Computer Training
Computers are used for teaching communication and as writing tools. Some students have Computer Studies as a subject.

Therapy
Physiotherapy is a fundamental aspect of any programme for children with cerebral palsy.

Hydrotherapy
All students are given the opportunity to use the hydrotherapy facilities under the careful guidance of trained therapists.

2. Inclusive Open Schooling

A Centre of the National Institute of Open Schooling, this section offers National Open School and State Open School examination facilities at the secondary level (Class 10) to students with disability and to students who have dropped out from mainstream schools. As a Specially Acredited Institute for the Educationally Disadvantaged (SAIED) this service offers Open Basic Education examination facilities at the Class 3,5 and 8 levels. 3. AAC and Speech Therapy

For students with complex communication need, alternate methods of communication are provided. This is called AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication are provided. A qualified and experienced Speech Therapist provides Audiology assessment and intervention for speech disorders.

4. Social Services

A team of trained social workers provide counseling and guidance to students and their families.
